A Harmony of Visuals: Exploring AI International Music Video Festival Through Photography

    September 2025 SELECTED MUSIC VIDEOS

“Porcelain Doll” - Robert P. Barnett - United States - 2025 - 4 min - AWARDS: Best Music Video, Best Storytelling, Best Song

What is a fractured toxic relationship like?

The song itself carries the weight: the raw, almost painful vocal delivery makes the lyrics cut through. It’s imperfect, rough, even jagged at times, but that’s exactly what makes it feel honest. You don’t doubt the heartbreak behind it, and that’s rare in a batch of overpolished AI gloss.

You end up where the song wants to take you: inside the mess of a toxic relationship, with all the exhaustion, longing, and hurt that entails.

"Seing Thingz, Question Who" - De Ville- France- 3min - World Festival Premiere - AWARDS: Best Social Message, Best Story, Best Art Direction

What could androids and humans create together?

This one lands with style. The track has that raw, old-school electronic pulse, experimental but still grounded enough to hook you. It’s edgy without collapsing into noise.

Visually, the stylization works: minimalist, sharp, and layered with enough texture to deepen the music instead of distracting from it. The polish is clear; this wasn’t thrown together, it was crafted with intent.

Cinematography leans stripped-down and clean, which fits perfectly with the sound’s experimental edge. No clutter, no nonsense, just a direct channel between audio and image.

Cool, cohesive, and confident. A proper collaboration between music and visuals where both elements lift each other up.

"Shor" - Suhaib Rashdi - Pakistan - 4min - US Festival Premiere - AWARDS: Best AI Addiction, Best Experimental, Best AI Visuals, Best Director

What's the consequence of the algorythmic siren's lullaby?

Shor is heavy, but in a way that actually earns its weight.

Technically, it’s strong. The editing and sound lock together so tightly you almost don’t notice, you’re just drawn into the hum, into that uneasy trance the film wants you to feel. The visuals lean horror without cheap shocks, which makes it creepier: the facial drift, the multiplicity, the ruin all add up to something unsettling and credible.

A well-made, haunting piece that avoids clichés and makes its point with precision.

"Stop Hidin " - Glen Park - South Korea - 1min - World Premiere - AWARDS: Best Director, Best Concept

What if age is the new sexy?

Short, sharp, and confident - Stop Hidin doesn’t waste your time. The track is upbeat and infectious, the visuals keep pace, and the edit rides the rhythm cleanly. There’s no overreaching concept here, just a stylish nod to aging with flair, which honestly lands harder than half the melodramatic AI epics.

    Verdict: cool, crisp, and effective.

"Millions" - Alla Tormey - Australia - 6min - US Festival Premiere - AWARDS: Best Cinematography, Best AI Music, Best Editing, Best Art Direction, Best AI-Human Collab

What if your memories haunt you?

“Millions” is a fascinating experiment in transforming an artist’s own archival work into an AI-driven visual stream. The concept of reanimating memory through technology is powerful, and the song itself carries heart and resilience.

As a meditation on memory and transformation, it succeeds in sparking curiosity and holding attention.

"Rise Your Fury" - Danilo Garcia - Chile - 4min - World Festival Premiere - AWARDS: Best Music Video

What fury lies beneath these convicts?

A heavy-metal music video confronting personal and collective trauma through direct, symbolic, and at times unsettling visual language. Characters stare into the camera, daring viewers to face their own rage and fear.

    Visually bold and thematically gutsy.

The AI effects add a surreal, distorted lens that amplifies the chaos rather than smoothing it out. A mirror held up to unspoken unrest. A brave, imperfect howl. Effective in mood and message. Doesn’t just want to entertain, it wants to disturb. And in that, it succeeds.
